2010 Tournament Season
Welcome to the tournament series TX5, where anglers learn different parts of Lake Minnetonka by fishing the lake in 5 different sectional tournaments.
FORMAT
Divide Tonka into 5 sections and fish each section as one tournament with one Final Tournament fishing all sections independently on a timed basis.
Sectional Tournaments will be from 3pm to 8pm on select Tuesdays throughout the summer. 50 points will be awarded to the angler with the most weight for the evenings catch. 49 points for second and so on down to last angler. 41 points will be awarded to any angler that does not weigh-in.
Tournament of Champions Lake will be divided the same as it was during the sectionals. Total of ten anglers, each angler will have 1.5 hours in each section, 2 anglers per section. After 1.5 hours the anglers rotate to next section, with one hour at the end to fish anywhere on the lake you wish.
